Inside The Video Vault…Here’s a rare video from the video vault of Dr. Ann Wigmore teaching sprouting. It’s kind of hard to hear since we copied it from a VHS tape, so turn your speakers up to listen to the video. More to come… please leave your comments below.

Thanks,

Jim Carey

I was pleased to see Ann Wigmore. As I read some of her books and “Why Suffer?”, I wondered what she looked like. Thank youi. Keep up the good work.

    Hi,

Fantastic video’s. Great you put the on the internet.
I have been looking for video’s from Ann more often and never found anything.
I just put them on my blog http://www.RawFoodSuccess.blogspot.com/
25 years ago I met Ann in Boston, which I’m very grateful for.
By the way, you have a good website!

    Have a fantastic day, Annet

I agree, this was a great video from an early pioneer.
I know that the alfalfa is a wonderful source of minerals -it’s root system goes deeper than others, i feel that if possible the sprouting can be done in deep
soil if possible -this has inspired me to try to do this.

That was great to see Ann in action! I am still hating myself for giving away her sprouting book that i held onto for 20 years! Oh well, I’m sure I’ll find a copy somewhere again. ;O)
