I can;t seemto get the video I do get other videos to play, I have been trying the smoothies for some time now & I always get very loose & sorta have to get off them,almost like I.B.S.
I am going on 80 yrs & would love to get rid of lbs, I have 2 Hip replacement & each redone twice & 1 replaced 3 times, I don’t seem to be having pain in the one they thought I should’ve gotten redone 2 yrs ago so I am hoping & Praying that I won’t need that one it is 2 yrs since I had the last one done & I also had a tumor on my tyroid removed going on 4 yrs ago & my thyroid is gone they scraped the tumor off my voice box so my voice is not just great it seems an effort to talk & I can’t sing either & we were a singing family & we had 11 children & have just had our 34 grandchild,Praise God He has been so good to us regardless of what I had to face Love Dorothy Preston
