As promised, I have our first case study into the link between great health and the raw food diet. In this video case study, Chris interviews Brenda Cobb from the Living Foods Institute about her amazing story on how she beat cancer. To listen and watch the interview press the “play” button above. Her doctor only gave her 6 months-to a year to live. She decided to fight, and in the end she won!
She beat her breast cancer in 6 months and has been cancer-free for 9 years!
Here’s her story…
Please leave your comment on the blog below.
Thanks :)

Thank you, Brenda!
You inspire me not only to continue to pursue the journey to good nutrition even when I have moments of weakness, but to share with family and friends who are not as motivated yet are in great need of a healthier lifestyle.

Brenda,
Your story is very inspiring. My 30 year old Nephew was recently diagnosed with esophageal cancer, stage 4. Your story gave us hope for him. Thank you so much for sharing it.

Thanks for sharing. I, perhaps like most, need to be reminded, not by reading, but by hearing. LOL

I love listening to inspiring stories about people taking control of their lives and health and turning the odds in their favor. It keeps me motivated to keep experimenting with the raw food diet as a preventative measure (even though I am blessed with great health). It’s the only diet that makes any sense to me. Thanks.

I am so excited that you interviewed Brenda for your first case study as I am going to her institute in November. I am so looking forward to it and to meeting her in person.

Thank you very much for the interview. It’s really fascinating what we can do for our health. Brenda mentioned candide yeast. I’d love to know more about it.

Jim, thank you for posting this interview. I really love when people take the time to share their personal stories so that other people can have HOPE and TAKE BACK control of their OWN LIVES. MIRACLES do happen EVERY DAY, we just need to TALK ABOUT IT. I will be sharing this story with friends and family. Thank you!

Hi Catherine,
We have some more great success story interviews coming soon. We have about 3 more we will be releasing soon. We tried to get stories from regular people so many can relate.
I know everyone will enjoy them. They are some truly touching and amazing stories.
Stay tuned :)

Good for You! As as Pharmacist, I know full well that using drugs, surgery, and radiation does not really effect the “cure” or remission in many cases. A true “raw food” diet actually does help the body heal itself. I myself decided against bypass surgery, went raw food, and began to arrest the arterial blockage created by the Standard American Diet. I have extreme cognitive dissonance dispensing pills which do not get to the root cause of illness. Thanks for your dedication and your website and everything you do.

What an inspiring story Brenda!
We have control over our health if we will only take it.
I look forward to attending your classes in the future.

Hi Jim,
Thanks to you and brenda for this interview.
I have had a private holistic nursing practice for 10 years and have always known the healing power of food, mostly being vegetarian.
I recently turned 95% raw, literally overnight, and have had profound results, and I really didn’t feel that I had too many health challenges Having this information continues to solidify my training and understanding of living raw foods in an encouraging manner that I can use with my clients.
