Here’s another amazing raw food success story with Tanisha Marshall.

Tanisha grew up most of her life overweight and at the age of 26 she was at the point where she thought she was going to die.

Doctors couldn’t help and the medications she was given never worked. It wasn’t until she stopped eating that she realized that the food she was eating was the cause of her illnesses.

After only 4 days of embracing the living food lifestyle, however, she noticed a remarkable change. She went from a size 28 to a 18 and has more energy then she’s ever imagined possible.

It’s about 10 minutes long and well worth it.

That is an amzing story! You are so lucky you were given this opportunity! Way to go! Don’t you actually feel cleaner and clearer?
High fat raw and adding condiments in my opinion could also keep the bad habits going! it is best to avoid them and keep it simple and eat lots and lots of frut and veggies! The 80/10/10 rule by Dr. Graham seems to work best for my husband and i . we are both very athletic and it seems to do the trick!
Thank you for sharing your story, it was very inspiring and motivational!

I ‘ll be sure to pass it along!

    JIM,
THANKS FOR SHARING THIS INTERVIEW WITH US.
I THINK THE BEST ATTRIBUTE TO UNDERSTANDING RAW FOODS IS LEARNING FROM OTHERS WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED THE TRANSITION AND KNOWLEDGE.
    THANKS AGAIN….

Many, many blessings to you on your journey, Tanisha. You are an inspiration to the rest of us. As you mentioned, the Raw Food Lifestyle is about more than just losing weight, it affects EVERY aspect of who you are as a person, physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually. If you haven’t yet done it, you may want to get a copy of Angela Stokes’ e-book, Raw Emotions, to help you on your way. I found it very helpful in understanding the feelings I was experiencing, especially as I detoxed.

May your Journey be filled with JOY!!!

    Colleen

I am glad it is working for Tanisha. Sharing good things to others is the best way to help others get healthy. Spreading success stories is a noble thing. 9. Elaine Lembo Says:

Amazing that Tanisha was able to find her way to
health. Not everyone has that ability to do such a
drastic diet change on their own. She is special and
could very well be an inspiration to others.

    Elaine

  10. Sylvia Says:

I amazed with your progress. I hacve been on a raw diet mostly for years, but not 100%

  11. Jim Says:

Thanks for sharing. I know your story will help alot of people on their journey to become raw .

Thank you jim for letting tanisha air her story, you know we can all listen to you till the cows come home , and not so much sinks in until you hear it from someone else.(sometimes for some people)

You know the story=== a wife tells her husband every day he should such and such , and then one day a long time later he comes home and says to his wife. WOW honey I just heard this miraculous story and im going to try it. guess what , it was the same thing his wife had been telling him all along , it just took another person to say it maybe in another way for it to sink in.
    well anyway thanks ,

  14. Anabel Says:

    Hello Jim,
it is an inspiring story. I am also overweight and I am going slow towards raw food. I just want to do it in a gentle way to myself..and soon I will be there too. Do send me blogs every so often, it helps me to get back to the path. I want to be able to join the “calls” but I am still figuring out how to do it. I do have skype . can you help me with this? what do I do?
thank you very much. Anabel Tanco, Philippines.

  15. Tony Says:

Tanisha, we are so proud of you taking control of your health!
May God continue to work in your life to bless you!

    Tony

  16. Diane Says:

Tanisha’s story is inspiring. I too have been raw almost 100% for 3 months, lost 30lbs and then slowly gained it back and more, all because of not making a LIFE TIME DECISION to stay raw. The blog comments and success
videos are all very helpful as it is a challenge to
continue raw in a cooked world. Sharing with others
is a good way to stay accountable. Diane k.

  17. Kenya Says:

Thank you so much for posting the interview.

I to am African-American (AFAM) and it is always inspirational to know that our community is finally looking at making healthier choices in foods, enviroment, relationships, and lifestyles. Our community, is often the most toxic, with very little in terms of access to more wholistic food choices. There is a huge disparity in healthcare;yet, we suffer at an alarming rate from ailments & diseases that could easily be healed by going raw.

Hence, sites like yours serve as a catalyst to growth, healing & change. Keep up the good work James! As I work towards the goal of healing myself, my family & community, I’m glad that there is access to sites like yours which I can share with others.

    Peace & Blessings,
    Kenya

PS:I’ve doing some research & slowly transitioning to raw & I see that there are simply not that many of us on the raw path… Please consider an interview with BlaqBerry of Hi-Rawkus. I frequent her blog often & she has excellent information.

  25. Angela Says:

Tanisha sounds like such a warm and lovely person, I have no doubt she’ll connect with a lot of people and be able to fulfill her goal of helping others. Inspiring story.

  26. Sylvia Says:
